We will focus on the following topics: 1) feeling my age\, 2) cognitive concerns as I age\, 3) physical changes\, living with limitations\, 4) living with losses\, 5) support networks and social relationships\, 6) benefits of aging\, 7) financial concerns\, 8) staying connected\, 9) navigating the health care system\, and 10) accepting our aging. Each week we will cover two of these topics. No presentations or writing required of participants. We will engage in open discussion of each week’s topics.
